Shipping Terms
Items will be shipped in the next business day for payments received before 4pm from Mondays to Fridays.
Any orders after 4pm will be treated as the next days’ order. Therefore, your item will be shipped within the next 2 working days.
We are using PosLaju and will also accommodate your preferred shipping partner if you wish. The additional charges will be stated in our revised quote to you.
Our promise:
- If your case is lost in transit, we will send a replacement to you.
- If your case is damaged due to shipping, please e-mail photos of the damages from the packaging, all the way to the case. Then, we will provide you details on how to ship the items back to us for a refund or replacement.
Payment Mode
We accept payments via our Maybank account and cash on delivery (COD).
